Jagmeet Singh proposes plan to protect auto workers impacted by U.S. tariffs – March 27, 2025

In Windsor, Ont., NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh discusses his party’s proposed plan to protect Canada’s auto sector workers. This comes following U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to move forward with a 25 per cent tariff on imported vehicles. Singh is joined by Brian Masse, NDP candidate for Windsor West, and Shinade Allder, Unifor’s Ontario Regional Council Chairperson. Canadian voters head to the polls on April 28.
